Alumnus, Dr. Joseph Castro named CSU Chancellor

CLYLP Alumnus, former Board Member, and long time supporter, Dr. Joseph I. Castro appointed as the Cal State University Chancellor.

 Dr. Castro is the first California native and Mexican American to be appointed to the position.
